Norah recently graduated from Rutgers University with a Master of Social Work in the Management and Policy track with an emphasis on Social Policy. She was a member of the 2016 inaugural class of Policy Fellows within the school for social work. During that time she worked as a Grants Analyst for the Camden City Board of Education and as a LGBTQ Program Assistant at HiTOPS in Princeton. Previously, Norah earned a Master of Education with a focus on Human Sexuality from Widener University where she worked as the Program Manager for the on campus peer-to-peer sexual health group, SEXPERTS. She has presented at national and regional conferences on varied issues including discussing controversial topics in the classroom, sustainable and ethical condom manufacturing, and graphic design as an essential tool for effective communication. Norah has been a planning committee member for the National Sex Ed Conference in 2013 & 2014, and served as the Graphic Design Manager for the 2016 conference. Norah’s introduction to New Jersey policy and politics came through her selection as a 2016 New Leaders Council Fellow.
