This year we honor the following individuals and organization who we consider heroes for their outstanding work during COVID-19:

- Debbie Berkowitz, Worker H&S Program Director, National Employment Law Project
- Todd Vachon, Director, Rutgers LEARN
- Protect NJ Workers Coalition
- Wind of the Spirit Training Team
We will also recognize one outstanding new leader with our Adrienne Markowitz Rising Star Award:
- Nikki Baker, Instructional Assistant at Dale Avenue School in Paterson and Educational Support Professional chair for the Paterson Education Association
