BOARD

WEC’s Board of Directors sets policy, provides programmatic direction, and approves our budget. The Board represents our core labor, community, and environmental constituencies. An Executive Committee of the Board (*), composed of the elected officers, as well as a Finance Committee and project committees, helps guide WEC between quarterly Board meetings.

The two-year term for Board Members is January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024.
